Working Principle
The working principle of the Ice Machine Air Cooled Evaporator is based on the heat absorption process during the evaporation of refrigerant within the evaporator. When liquid refrigerant flows through the evaporator, it absorbs heat from the evaporator wall and the surrounding air, thereby evaporating into a gaseous state. During this process, the temperature of the evaporator wall rapidly decreases, cooling the ice molds or water tanks inside the ice machine and causing water to freeze at low temperatures.
