• • Structure: The Small Copper Tube Finned Evaporator consists of copper tubes, fins, and a support structure. The copper tubes serve as channels for refrigerant flow, while the fins are tightly attached to the copper tubes to increase the surface area for heat exchange efficiency.
  • Materials: The copper tubes are made of high-quality oxygen-free copper to ensure good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. The fins are mostly made of aluminum or aluminum alloy to provide lightweight and efficient heat dissipation performance.

Working Principle

• • Liquid refrigerant flows through the copper tubes and gradually evaporates into a gaseous state as it absorbs heat from the surroundings.
  • During the evaporation process, the refrigerant absorbs heat from the fins, causing the fins and nearby air or objects to cool down.
  • As the refrigerant continues to evaporate, heat is continuously removed, achieving a cooling effect.
